Pump is a barbell group session at BMS Warehouse Gym. It is designed to work every major muscle group in your body. This is a strength developing workout where we use barbells and plates for exercises such as squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Weights are for everyone, so if you usually shy away from barbells, this is your chance to start including a barbell in your fitness routine. It will be challenging yet rewarding.
