BMS Legs Bums & Tums is a 45minute group training session that focuses on your legs, glutes, and stomach areas.
The workout consist of high repetitions of body weight and/or light weight exercises, to really work those legs followed by deep toning work for the glutes and core. The focus of this training is very much on toning and tightening and it is suitable for all fitness levels. Highly rate by BMS members. Secure a place and find out for yourself.
