Pump is a barbell group session at BMS Warehouse Gym. It is designed to work every major muscle group in your body. This is a strength developing workout where we use barbells and plates for exercises such as squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Weights are for everyone, so if you usually shy away from barbells, this is your chance to start including a barbell in your fitness routine. It will be challenging yet rewarding. Find out how strong you are while you work toward a more lean and toned body in this super gym-session. Bring your own towel and water – if at the gym. Booking is essential. Note that Pump is 45mins on Thursday 0945 and Saturday at 0800. All other sessions are 30mins duration. asses class
