I would highly recommend BMS. I started with Lorraine as my personal trainer for 6 weeks within the 6 weeks I lost nearly 6kg.Lorraine was an amazing personal trainer always took the time to go through everything with me and guide me in the right direction no question was ever ridiculous for her. I have also been doing the classes for around 4 weeks now and I love them they are so much fun my favourite class would have to be cycle and tone or barbell. The trainers are very helpful in showing you the moves and what exercises to do to hit the target points you what to achieve.  I feel so much more comfortable within myself. I still have a long way to go but I am proud of how far I’ve come and this wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Lorraine ,Seamie, Patrick and Punk. 

I have been going to classes at BMS Gym since they opened. They are excellent and I love the classes. Lorraine, Seamus & their team are always friendly and encouraging, pushing you that little bit further than you thought you could go. There's always something new to keep you interested and for me I really enjoy the camaraderie between my fellow workout buddies & the instructors. I've learnt lots of new ways to stay fit & healthy and it didn't even seem like an effort.  Overall 6 out of 5 star rating!

We all have our own reasons for going to the gym, but once you walk into the doors of BMS you become a member of a family who all have the same goal! Lorraine & Seamus have recruited some amazing people to be the leaders of the BMS “family”, these guys help to keep you going when you think your tank is empty! I love how each person in the gym has your back, whether it’s standing silently congratulating you or helping you if your doing something wrong! All in all I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Encountering Seamus and Lorraine from BMS is something I will be forever grateful for. Their outlook on life, expertise in gym training and constant enthusiasm to see me succeed has transformed me as a person. Initially, I went to Seamus for a twelve-week program in preparation for football season. Now, I can’t see myself stopping. What this man has done for me in six months is incredible. I can see muscles I’ve never seen before and I am significantly fitter and stronger than I have ever been. I could never quite balance my work & family life with my health & fitness lifestyle however, training under Seamus I feel I have my life in proper order and know how to look after my body. I now look forward to early mornings, to cooking nutritious meals, and I certainly look forward to each PT session. – I honestly can not recommend BMS highly enough.

If you are looking for a gym that you feel comfortable in and trainers who are just as eager to reach your goals as you are, then you have found the right place at BMS. Since starting personal training with Lorraine I have lost fat, gained lean muscle and am overall healthier and happier. She works me hard but her motivation and enthusiasm helps me persevere and challenge my own ability. Lorraine is an extremely knowledgeable and personable trainer that I trust and I value her guidance. The team at BMS are always encouraging, supportive, upbeat and good craic – I wholeheartedly recommend BMS to all.
